Pet care experience
We fostered a cat for several months and had a thrill watching him warm up to us. We'd love to get to know some small dogs as well. We have a backyard where your dog could play on a leash. We'd go on about three walks per day.

Matthew and his family were amazing dog sitters. Both my dogs stayed with them for 3 days and they were welcomed in as part of their family on the first day. How does your dog react to other dogs we'd encounter on a neighborhood walk? Is your dog ok with school age kids? Does your dog sleep anywhere or will he bring a bed/crate?
A typical day
My kids and I would take you pet for a morning walk a couple laps around our cul-de-sac. Then feed them breakfast and go from there. I'm retired so I can spend time with the pets or work on stuff around the house. My kids go to elementary school, so they would play with them a lot when they are home (with my supervision). In bed at 9pm.

Availability
Semi retired and available 7 days a week. My daughter is excited to care for dogs and she's available when she is home from school. We don't have any pets of our own so yours will get all of the attention.
