As a couple, we've looked after lots of breeds, of all ages for 3 years for our family and friends but before we met, we were doing this individually so we have years of experience between us. Hannah used to cat/house sit regularly and Matt has grown up with dogs all his life. We have even looked after rabbits, Guinea-pigs, hamsters and chickens.
