Pet care experience
When I was 17, I received a 3 month old puppy. He was hit by a car when he was 4 years old; I nursed him back to health and he went on to live until his was 14. I learned many lessons from my experience with him. An appreciation for a dogs unique character. Patience, no matter the age or paw size. Respect for the bond between pet and pet-parent. In his later years, this dog has helped me to raise another, whom is now 4 years old herself. As your rover I will bring the value of these experiences to bear for the benefit of your pets!!

I have used Matt multiple times for help with my pup Sampson when I'm not able to be home to take care of him. He is always prompt and kind with Sampson and you can tell he has his own dogs and knows how to treat an animal and really loves them. I would 100% recommend him.

Matthew is incredibly patient with both pets and people, making communication easy and providing a pet parent with peace of mind. Matthew has watched my dog (the love of my life) on a number of occasions. He provides updates regarding his bathroom schedule, feeding, and playtime. Matthew engages in play with every pet I’ve seen him interact with - he understands the importance of activity for a happy and healthy pet, especially when a pet parent is away. His kindness and genuine love for animals makes him an ideal caregiver.
