Pet care experience
I love all kinds of dogs and have had dogs my entire life. I enjoy taking them for lots of walks, playing in the backyard, or taking them to the park to run and play. Our house has three kids and one chocolate lab, and they all love to play with new dogs!!

We left our high anxiety Boykin Spaniel with Matthew and his sweet pup, Charlie, as we went out of town for the weekend - saying a little prayer as we left the driveway that she wouldn’t be too much of a hassle for such a nice family. Not only was Matthew totally understanding of her special needs, but he sent us multiple pics, videos, and updates each day that made us feel completely at ease. Our high-energy dog was in heaven with daily long walks and playing for hours in the yard with Matthew’s Labrador Retriever before snuggling up with the kids in the evening. This was our very first experience with a dog sitter outside of our family and we were really nervous to leave our baby with someone we didn’t know. Matthew was so nice to let us meet him and Charlie before we committed to hiring him just so we could make sure they were a good match. Boy, did we make the right decision! We will definitely be back.
I've had Matthew look in on and walk my dog quite a few times when I've been stuck at work. My dog is very nice but can be a little skittish around people that she doesn't know. Matthew is one of the few that she seemed to trust right away and now when she sees him she can hardly sit still with excitment. He's kind, very loving towards animals, and treats them as if they were his own. Can't recomend him enough!
Matthew is the best with dogs!! My dog loved the large fenced backyard, and all her walks! He took both dogs to the ball fields, to group swim classes and he works from home….so my pet was never neglected. The best!

I have a large fenced in back yard with all the dog toys a dog could want. I also have a one-year-old chocolate lab that is always looking for a new best friend to play with. I live close to baseball fields and soccer fields that I will go to and throw the ball and allow for extra exercise in addition to walks.

My dog (Charlie) loves to share her toys and make new friends but any special toys your dog likes please feel free to bring so your dog can play with. I love hosting bigger dogs that love to run and play!!
A typical day
I am an active individual and love taking dogs on walks through the neighborhood, walks on the greenway trail that runs through the neighborhood. I live close to baseball and soccer fields, and I take dogs to so we can throw the ball (Fenced in Fields). Weather permitting, I can also take the dog to local dog parks, and we will spend lots of time outside in the large fenced in backyard.

Availability
I currently work from home full time and have a one-year-old chocolate lab. I have a fenced in yard and plenty of time for outdoor activities and daily walks (Often multiple walks a day). I can accommodate overnight boarding with plenty of activities throughout the day. Weather permitting, I will also head to the dog park for extra fun. For daily / weekly walking requests, I prefer them to be in the morning. I'm an early bird and can walk you pup as early as 5AM if needed.
