Pet care experience
Having taken care of numerous neighborhood pets and my own for several years, my services come from a developed approach built upon trust, maturity, and responsibility. Additionally, as a student I have increased flexibility to pay specific attention to your individual pet’s needs. Spending time with animals is my passion. With younger or high energy pets, my vibrant personality suits well for spending time exercising and playing with them. With older pets or those with medical conditions, I am easy to adapt to any condition, having experience in taking care of blind and medicated pets in the past. COVID Precautions: I am adamant about wearing a mask at all times, increased sanitation, and catering to any conditions you may request of me in taking care of your pet.

Matthew did a great job helping with both my dogs!
Matthew was so great with my schnauzer Elvis!! He was so attentive and responsible when it came to making sure he was fed, walked, and played with. You could really tell that he enjoyed spending time with Elvis and it definitely made me feel comfortable leaving Elvis in Matthew’s hands.
I have known Matthew for about five years and during that time I have only seen him show love towards animals. Recently, one of Matthew's dogs past away. I knew this dog for a brief time but it was one of the most loving and happiest dogs I have ever met. This dog's attitude comes to show how good Matt is with treating/raising animals. I feel that Matthew is ready to shift this love he had for his dog onto other people's animals, providing the best care possible while doing it. Matthew still has one dog who is one of the sweetest dogs I know. Matthew even took the time to train his dog to learn multiple tricks which are very impressive. Outside of dog sitting Matthew is one of the most caring people I know. He will quickly jump to take any service opportunity he can to help others. Matthew is a successful student and runner and has a lot of zeal for anything he does.
Matthew has been a life long dog lover and dog owner. He loves all things four legged and furry. He has a great positive attitude and energetic personality that you and your dog are sure to love. He has reliable transportation and will be sure to attend to your individual needs.

Upon your request, I am trained in walking your pet just around the block, or running 8 miles with more athletic breeds. I primarily stick to safe neighborhood, sidewalk environments or nearby forest trails. I also enjoy playing with animals whether that be a simple game of fetch or tug-of-war.
