Matthew was very polite, good with communication, made sure the dogs were fed and exercised, and well-loved, was great about taking in packages, and left the house in great condition, even washed the sheets which was a nice surprise on our return!

I was disappointed that in the four days I was gone I didn't receive any updates for at least one of the days (not until I reached out to find out how my dog was) and even though I left a schedule for when my dog needs to go out, Matthew didn't seem to stick to it. And in our text interactions, he often re-asked questions about information that we'd gone over beforehand. He seems like a nice person, but I'm not sure I'd hire him again.
