Pet care experience
Animals are my favorite people. I have extensive personal experience with dogs of all ages and sizes, cats (including hybrids), reptiles, and exotic fish. I prioritize security, pet health and wellness, and owner peace of mind. I am a full time resident of Highlands and am sensitive to the needs of high net worth individuals including privacy, reverence for the home and its contents, and professionalism. As a healthcare professional I understand sanitation practices and can identify signs of potential medical concerns. I only serve one client at a time and take steps to minimize any other animal scents before entering the home. It is my goal to provide a level of service that helps you and your pet enjoy your time apart as much as possible while staying in touch through extensive photos and messages if you so desire.

Wherever possible, I enter or exit the home using a “space lock” system (so there is a barrier of a gate or door in between the pet and the outside) to minimize the risk of darting the door. Pets are cared for according to their hierarchy of needs, beginning with their physical needs for food, water, medicine, and exercise and continuing to their peace of mind and emotional comfort. This requires an understanding of their behavioral history as provided by you and my research into their breed characteristics.

A typical day
The best time for your dog is doing what they want to do, not what I want to do. Whether it’s jogging a quick 5K, a walk to the end of the driveway and back, or watching squirrel videos on YouTube, whatever puts a smile on their face is what we will do!

Availability
I work from home as a healthcare executive and travel infrequently. My daily schedule consists of independent work and telephone meetings. For longer visits and overnight stays, it is important to have access to LTE or Wi-Fi.
