Pet care experience
Mathew and and his partner Rebecca are experienced dog handlers and have grown up and spent their whole lives looking after and caring for dogs, these include labradors, golden retrievers and German Shepherds, to now having their own dog Cookie the tri-coloured Cavachon. In addition to having a fenced back garden, they also have a the Blackleach Reservoir only a short walk away and with a field right near by so would be great for a game of fetch. Also, a number of other parks are local and only a walk away for a great day out and walk with your pet. The couple enjoy short and long walks, dog training and are able to administer oral medication if necessary. Their schedules are open at the moment so they do have great availability. Any questions please let us know. Currently Mathew is working from home, so can be very flexible, with Rebecca also working from home all week so would be available for walks wees and the rest of the time. I have a fully fenced back garden, and your pup would be accompanied by our own fun loving cavachon Cookie so rest assured they will be in good hands.

Matt and Rebecca were great with our shy cockapoo girl. She felt safe when staying with them for few hours during the day and she is now friends with their dog Cookie. I was really worried about leaving Percy as he hasn’t really been alone and is full of energy. Percy is a handful. Matt and his partner put my mind at ease, kept me informed and made sure Percy had a wonderful time. Percy was walked and well looked after. I would definitely recommend! No breed preferences, all different shapes and sizes are welcome. However with our dog Cookie, less aggressive dogs would be preferred due to his size.
A typical day
With a large field only a short walk away it’s great for a game of fetch, in addition to Blackleach Reservoir and Parr Fold Park being only a short walk away. Both enjoy dog training and are very patient in addition to cuddles and play time which is a must!
