I always take care of my friends’ pets when they need me to. I treat their dogs like family! I’ve had dogs for 25 years and I know how much they rely on love and attention. It’s always great to have them around!

We are so happy that we have found Matt & his family. Our dog *loves* going there & loves their dog/the other dogs that she gets to play with. There are plenty of sitters closer to our house but Matt is definitely worth the drive!
Our pup loves going to Matt's house! He is always reliable and communicative, and we feel at ease knowing she is so well cared for!

I have a high fenced in yard with lots of room to roam, and a house that can handle pretty much any dog. My dog, Sonny, loves other pets around too. He’s super sweet and will play but also minds his own business:)

I need to know if your dog is good with kids and other dogs. This is especially important with larger dogs, and how they get along with a smaller dog and children. Hunting instincts have proven to be a detriment. Being housebroken is important, but accidents happen, and are very understandable! Please let me know if they have any other problems or medical issues.
A typical day
I like to play with dog toys in the backyard with the dogs that come over. We walk all over the neighborhood or even into the trails behind Westfield high school if we make it that far.

My wife and I are teachers with the summer off. During the school year, we have a staggered schedule, so we have time to care of dogs. Potty breaks would be about 5.5-6 hours apart during a weekday, but as little as 1-4 hours before and after we are at school. We’d love to have some furry friends to hang out with!
