My name is Matt K. and I am a recent graduate of Brown University Grad Acting Program. As an owner of two grown dogs I have a lot of experience and compassion for them. I have cared for, trained, and raised one 17-year old Jack Russell Terrier Mix, as well as a 9-year old Bichon Frise. I have had a lot of experience caring for these animals; bathing them, walking them, training them through standard obedience training classes, and caring for both their health needs as they have aged (administering medicine, caring for them after surgeries, and brushing their teeth.) In addition to being a dog owner, I have also dog sat and dog walked throughout high school and college and post undergrad- specifically in New York City. During these jobs I would stay at the owner’s homes, walks and feed the dogs, and provide them with love and attention- as well as monitor their safety...especially, in such busy city as New York. As a pet owner and employee I am absolutely reliable. For example, when Dog Sitting a year ago, the owner was unexpectedly delayed in returning to NYC, I continued to care for the dog without question and upon his return the owner praised me for the dog’s mental and physical health. This was due to my commitment to dogs and to my commit to any job that I accept.
