I grew up with dogs and have been the owner of my awesome black pitbull, Zeus, for 3 years. Both of us get along with anyone and everyone, and now that I wfh and have a fenced in yard we’d both appreciate some temporary new companions. I have watched friends and family pets for years and have a dog-friendly and safe home. *I will require a meet and greet to ensure Zeus your your pup(s) will get along.

Matt was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Lake (who is deaf), and his dog, Zeus, is such a sweetheart! It seems like Lake had a great time, and I would love for her stay with Matt and Zeus again!
Matt was great. Sent daily updates, was very flexible with pickup/drop off (even accommodated a 10:30pm pickup time), and has a very sweet dog (Zeus) that got along great with my dog. Highly recommend!

I think it’s important to know if they are friendly to other people and dogs, if they are potty trained, if there is any medication needed, and if there is any bad habits (like chewing furniture) that is a problem.
A typical day
I work 100% from home so once I wake up, I let the dogs out in my fenced in backyard and then feed them. Then during various breaks I the join them for tug of war and fetch. On weekends I sometimes take my dog to dog park. And the end of the day I usually end up watching tv and chilling with the dogs sleeping on or near me.

Availability
I wfh so the first thing I do when I wake up is feed Zeus and then take him outside. He usually then prefers to sunbathe in the sun while I work and I check on him during the day and then play with him when I can. Evenings include walks and cuddles.
