Hello I’m Matt, I’m a service dog trainer/raiser & personal financial advisor who lives in Jamaica Plain. My office is downtown, but I frequently work from home all day when I dont have in-person client meetings. I grew up in a house caring for dogs now raise and train service dogs in my free time. Our last dog Hazel just graduated, so we have no other pets in the house right now. *About my space for full day//overnight stays*: I have a nice backyard and decent space inside for your puppy to explore in. For sleeping I have different size crates or we have plenty of dog beds for your puppy to sleep on including our couch. I live right near Jamaica Pond and the Arboretum for taking long walks and my backyard is completely fenced in. If you have any questions about my background, my full-time job, or my pet experience in general please don’t hesitate to ask. I can’t wait to meet you and your pet!

We love Matt!!! He always goes above and beyond taking care of our cat when we are out of town. Matt provides many pictures and detailed updates about the drop in sessions. He is gentle and takes good care of not only our kitty but also our house. Appreciate all the help!

I have a fenced in yard and friendly neighbors who also have fenced in yards. We can work on any training that you are working on or just let your dog be a dog and hang out on the couch with me! Ive raised small dogs and big dogs and can go on long walks or just play in my secluded backyard if your dog doesn't like making friends. Ill do whatever you pet needs to make sure they are happy, comfortable, safe, and treat it like my own 🐶

A typical day
I live next to Arnold Arboretum and close to Jamaica pond for walks and making dog friends! I also have a fenced in backyard to play in if your puppy sleeps over that is more secluded. If you have any fun things or toys your dog likes that would be great!

Availability
I work from home mostly but also sometimes go to meet my clients in-person. My girlfriend lives with me and works from home full time so someone is always home. I also just raised a service dog and we are used of doing multiple training sessions and walks a day.
