Pet care experience
Candice and Matt both have 25+ years of experience caring for all types of dogs of all ages. During the first several years of our marriage, we got to provide foster care for many dogs who were awaiting adoption to a forever home. Additionally, our family has always been the “go-to” family for friends, relatives, and neighbors when it comes to dog boarding. We have a big house, a large and fully fenced yard, and a safe neighborhood to walk your dog. Did I mention our children love dogs!? Your dog will be pampered, played with, and well-cared for in our home...they truly become a part of our family when they stay with us.

This is the first time we booked with Matt & Candice as our usual sitter was out of town. And Candice took really great care of our dog and sent us pics everyday. They had a huge backyard which was a bonus for our very active dog. I would book them again for sure!
Candice did an amazing job watching over Ollie. She went over and beyond what we had even asked… playing with him, taking him on walks, and just making sure he was happy. She gave thorough updates with picture and we knew he was well loved. We are very thankful for the service we received!

We have 5 children, all older school-aged and above. All of them are very good around dogs, and we love it whenever we have a guest pup staying with us! You can see all of our kids playing with dogs in our picture gallery. We currently have one medium-sized senior dog. who is nearing end of life. She just keeps to herself most of the time. We have one cat who is very independent and sticks to himself. He really doesn't mind dogs and just stays out in the garage and outside when we have new dogs over. So if your dog is a cat chaser and that is a potential concern of yours, rest assured, they will be ok in our home.

A typical day
We love to play fetch, go on walks, or go to the parks near our home. We just enjoy spending time outside, so anything that gets us outdoors and moving around! We also love a good snuggle on the couch if that's your dog too!

Matt & Candice can host
Availability
Candice is home most of the time except for the occasional errand. We can let your dog outside for a potty break, to run around the yard, or take for walks as much as they need it. Your pup will incorporate right into our daily routine, including walking down to the bus stop every morning with us or going on our regular family walks.
