Was great with our pup! Took him last minute and was very accommodating

This was the first time I used Rover so I was really hesitant about trying this. I reached out to Matt the evening before I needed a pet sitter and asked him if I could do a FaceTime. He was completely understanding of my concerns and I was met with nothing but genuine kindness from both him and his gf! I immediately felt comfortable and agreed for him to pet sit at my place. the next morning he arrived and I can tell he was so gentle with my little puppy. She immediately warmed up to him. During my time out, he even updated me about Kyla and sent me photos and videos of their walks, etc. Matt was great and I totally recommend him for anyone who is looking for a pet sitter!
