Pet care experience
I am flexible with my schedule! I am a student at UVic and am looking for some pup companions between classes! I love dogs of all sizes! My drop-in visits and walks almost always extend beyond 30 mins (same flat rate) to ensure your dogs gets the best care possible. I have been working through Rover for a year and have been pet sitting for over 5 years. I have experience with puppy training, service dogs (PADS), and sitting for dogs with various health issues. If your dog has special needs I am happy to accommodate, seeing that we both find I am fit and capable of caring properly for your dog. I am comfortable with high-energy dogs and will make sure they get lots of exercise while I'm caring for them! I love being outside and am happy to run or walk with your dog! I look forward to meeting you and your pup!

Matreya is fantastic. She got on well with our dog Summer at our meet and great and did a wonderful job of looking after her during our weekend away. She sent me regular updates (including photos) and was very patient with our stubborn Wheaton when Summer was a little reluctant to leave the house!

A typical day
I love taking dogs on hikes or to run around at the beach. Some of my top picks are Mount Doug, Uplands Park, Gyro Beach, and Goldstream. I am happy to explore other dog friendly walks! Especially after a muddy day in the forest or sandy day at the beach, I always make sure to have a good clean before getting back inside the home. I am always happy to play fetch and give a good belly rub.
