Matisa was excellent! We had a last minute boarding request, and she was so flexible and responsive. She sent pictures within the first hour after dropping off our puppy, and continued to for the duration of the stay! She was kind, sweet, friendly, and always kept us up to date.
Dogs were very well taken care of and got a ton of pictures
Matisa is consistent and on time. My German Shepherd loves her. Very happy
