Matias completely ignored me the day of my reservation. His unreliability caused me to leave work early in order to find a sitter for my dog. It was a holiday weekend so all boarding places were full or wouldn’t take a first time guest. I am now spending twice as much money as I would have to make sure my dog has a good place to stay. I understand things happen and plans change, but I would’ve appreciated the courtesy of letting me know he was unable to watch my dog for the long weekend. Completely unprofessional. I am shocked someone would just disregard a reservation. Rover customer service was very helpful and tried to reach out but was also unsuccessful.

Matias was very accommodating with my schedule. I know Nicky had a great time and was well taken care of. I know this because she came home and slept and that's always a good sign that she had a playful and active time.
