My husband and I love dogs and would love to care for your pup! We will even teach him or her French at no additional cost! We have a Shih Tzu named Blue (born on 3/19/2015). He's a calm boy who is adventurous, full of love and enjoys playing with other dogs. I am sure he would love to have your pup as a friend while you're away! You can find him on instagram: @monsieur.blue We have cared for dogs for over 20 years, and love all breeds and sizes! At this time we are only accepting dogs that are under 30 pounds. Our space simply can't accommodate larger dogs. Our Shih Tzu is 12 pounds and does best with other dogs that are close in size. He does love doodles! We prefer to accommodate younger dogs to ensure that your pup and ours are compatible for play. Each day includes a couple walks around our neighborhood and parks. We are surrounded by parks with new friends for them to meet. We generally go to Alta Plaza, Moscone or Green Street park every afternoon around 5PM after their dinner for an hour or more of playtime with the neighborhood's dogs. We are also right by the Presidio! Mathilde works from home, allowing her to keep a watchful eye around the clock on your beloved. We are located just a few blocks away from Pets Unlimited on Fillmore in the event of an emergency. We are often asked what one should pack for an overnight stay. Here's a helpful list: Food, preferred treats, dog bed, a couple favorite toys (we have plenty though ;)), leash, collar or harness, tags, pee pads if needed and any other essentials your pup is used to having.
