Pet care experience
Hi, my name is Mathew and I am 20 years old. There hasn't been a day in my life where I didn't have a pet there to take care of, wether it be mine or even a pet of a friend or family. I have experience watching dogs of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. Upon request I can do a brief meet and greet beforehand to get to know the dog and the house. For house sitting/drop-ins I am willing to provide additional services such as getting the mail or watering your plants. During dog walks, if it is too hot, I bring a travel water bowl and bottled waters for the dog(s). I can't wait to get to meet you and your animals!

Mathew came to the rescue when my house/pet sitter canceled at the last minute - during the holidays! He showed up promptly for a Meet & Greet and committed to a 10 night stay at our house caring for our very elderly dog who is taking several medications. He also fed and looking out for our two cats. This allowed us to to attend our son's wedding in Hawaii without worry. Mathew communicated with us when he had questions or concerns. We returned to happy animals and the house was in the same condition we left it. I would use Mathews' pet sitting services again.
Mat continues to impress each time he sits for us! We’ve used him in the past and will continue to use him in the future. The stress of going out of town and having to leave Chief is taken away because I know Mat is there to take care of him! Highly recommend!

I do not have any breed preferences. I love dogs of all shapes and sizes. I would like to know about any medical conditions. I have experience in administering oral medication, eye drops, ear drops, and teeth cleaning. I haven't given injected medication, but I am willing to learn. I would also like to know about walking and feeding schedules, temperament, special preferences, and any other additional information you feel the need to provide to make the experience better and keep your dog happy and healthy!
A typical day
When walking your dogs, I would like to stay within the comfort of your own neighborhood for the average walk but may travel to a nearby park for longer walks. While at home, I devote my attention to them 100%. I love running and playing with high energy dogs, but am also down for belly rubs and ear scratches for lower energy dogs. If you would like, at the end of overnight stays I provide the dog with a brand new toy I find fitting for them. I also love taking pictures of dogs, so be prepared for plenty of those along with periodic updates. I really hope to make you and your pets very happy.
