Matea is great! She takes such great care of my little Guinness. She sends me updates throughout the day to ensure I know she's doing good. I highly recommend Matea.

Every time my husband and I took a vacation, we had to figure out our ‘costs’. How much the traveling would be, hotels, food, entertainment, dog sitting….. and how much it would be to replace whatever our ten month old husky Spike would destroy. One time it was his metal kennel, another time he ate the molding on a door, and then that time he had an accident under our Christmas tree...!!! When we moved to Pomona last year, we knew we would have to find a new solution for our dog when we traveled. Matea was referred to us by a friend, and she was truly a Godsend. The first time we left Spike with her, we were hesitant to even call to check on him, for fear of what he had destroyed while at Mateas house. Every time, she said “Nothing, he is great!”, we laughed and thought "for now, but it’s going to happen!”. Spike absolutely loves her and her two dogs, and so do we! Louie and Tank are just great! Friendly and loving, well behaved and patient with Spike who can sometimes be very overwhelming. For the first time in YEARS we know that when we travel, our dog, and our house is safe!”
