Over 10 years, I have cared for a variety of pets, including both domestic and exotic. For about 7 years, I have worked in a variety of animal care settings. Through this experience, I can set myself apart from other sitters in my knowledge regarding animal behavior and health. I am comfortable with most species, ages, abilities, sexes, etc. I am very comfortable with administering medicine, first aid/CPR, and providing context and information so that you can make an informed decision about emergency care.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mason. I have a very old, special needs Pomeranian who takes meds for blood pressure and seizures, has to be carried outside to go to the bathroom, and is blind. She is the sweetest girl but very skittish with new people. Mason does great with her! We also have a chihuahua who loves cuddling with Mason. Mason takes photos and does a write up for each visit. It is so helpful and wonderful. They are worth every penny and I cannot recommend them enough! Rosie and Shadow thank you Mason!

Mason is a great dog sitter. Our dog Ringo loves their time together. She is conscientious and reliable. She regularly posts pictures and updates. It makes it easier to leave town knowing that Mason is looking after our house and taking care of our dog. Thank you Mason.

A typical day
I like to meet pets where they are at! Some need some time to warm up to me and others are struggling to contain their excitement. I like to get creative in the ways I can enrich animals in my care from DIY enrichment toys and activities to walks to cuddles on the couch to setting up independent enrichment.

Availability
Rover is my primary form of income, which means that I am often juggling many clients throughout my day. I am paid a flat fee per night for housesitting, a price that includes walks, pottying, feeding, and enrichment throughout the day. I will spend time with your pets as they are my priority, and I will also hold space for other clients, my personal life, and emergencies. Of course, different pets need different things, and this is something that we would discuss further before booking!
