Especially since many of us work at home these days, your dog might be twice as confused because you're gone and they're alone hours for on end. More guilt! I'm a professional writer and work from home. I'll spend the majority of the day with your best friend getting to know the little ins-and-outs of their behavior. That way, I can spot if something seems amiss while you're away. If your pet gets medications on a schedule or needs a shot, I set my phone alarm so everything is done on time, every time. That's my promise to you! Plus, I'll make sure your house is exactly as you left it and would be happy to get your mail or water your plants...take care of your home and pet as if they were my own. South Scottsdale, Arcadia, and Paradise Valley locations are easy for me. Just so you know...I do mainly overnight stays but will do drop-in visits for existing clients. I show a Drop-In Visit availability here on Rover.com to cover the last day of the visit. Many times, my families don't get back into town until the evening of the last day. Therefore, I require a Drop-In Visit Fee to cover my time on the last day in addition to the overnight charge; assuming you're getting home after 9:00 AM on the last day, otherwise there's no additional fee. Why I love dog sitting I've had dogs and cats my whole life. Right now, I don't have any animal companions but enjoys the furry friends that I meet in my apartment complex and my friends' dogs. Older pets are really special to me. They're generally quirky and I love how they get frisky and in touch with their younger side in little spurts now and again; and try to get away with things like getting extra treats! It never ceases to amaze me how much dogs love inspecting bushes or the special aroma of Trash Day. My experience in administering medication Shots or pills on a schedule are not a problem. I set my phone alarm so everything is on schedule. Anything that may interfere with the medication schedule goes on the back burner. I understand that those pills and shots are not negotiable in any way. I have many long term clients and am happy to give you references.
