MaryCate is wonderful with dogs! Growing up, her family always had dogs, and they currently have one now. She is in charge of taking care of him- walks, feeding him, taking him to his vet appointments, etc. He is very well-trained and listens to MaryCate like shes the dog whisperer. I got a puppy 2 years ago, and she helped my train my dog, Bentley, and took care of him everyday while I was at work. I would absolutely trust MaryCate with my dog, we often give him to her for long weekends :) She currently walks a dog daily, that belongs to a family friend. She is never hesitant when she meets new dogs, she knows how to approach new dogs. I will always trust MaryCate with my dog!

My wife and I have known Marycate for approximately 5 years. She has taken care of our dogs when we go away and she has done a great job. Marycate loves dogs and, not surprisingly, dogs love Marycate. She has a gentle style which she balances with an ability to set appropriate limits, when needed. Marycate is responsible and dependable, she shows up, has a great attitude, and a good sense of humor. My wife and I met Marycate years ago when she became a vocalist for our musical quartet, which plays jazz/Latin, & Pop at restaurants. She is confident, I have seen her entertain 200 people, singing and talking comfortably in front of an audience. She is dependable and a hard worker. She shows up early for our performances and is friendly and engaging. Perhaps her ability to care for dogs is evidenced by the tremendous job she has done transforming Argo, a dog she rescued several years ago. Initially, Argo was aggressive and untrained, but over time, Marycate has provided the nurturance and guidance Argo needed to become a friendly, gentle, and loving dog. For example, when I first met Argo, he would growl and bark at me, however, over time, she has shown him how to become more trusting of others-now, instead of barking at me when I see him, he playfully rolls over on his back for a "belly rub." In summary, I would highly recommend Marycate as a responsible and loving dog caregiver. John Motay, Ph,D,
