Pet care experience
I have taken care of my own and friends' pouches for many years, and other people's dogs in the past few years. I usually take dogs for a walk one at a time to spend quality time together (please indicate if that is your preference). I can also take them to a neighborhood dog run if you like. Please note that my husband (Philip- Rover account: https://www.rover.com/sit/philic09854) is my backup. We usually share our dog walking responsibilities. Maryam was super sweet and really patient and kind with Maverick (who is very shy and nervous with strangers). She did an amazing job and plan to book with her again!
We've booked Maryam several times for her dog walking services and more recently for a 3-day boarding session. Everything Maryam does for our dog Freckles has been excellent and she always goes above and beyond. Prior to the first dog-walking session, Maryam initiated a meet and greet and she actually walked Freckles during that time to gauge her walking behavior. Freckles can be quite rambunctious however Maryam is always patient. After walks, Maryam always sends us text messages and pictures updating us on how the walk went. She noticed that we kept wipes by the door and offered to wipe Freckles down after the walks. We had an out of state wedding to attend and boarded Freckles with Maryam. During the boarding session, Freckles had some tummy issues and was throwing up. Maryam offered to cook chicken and rice for Freckles. She texted us providing updates so that we were able to attend the wedding without any concerns. Her husband Philip also helped during the boarding session. They walked Freckles 3-4 times a day and she looked like she had a great vacation with them! I would 100% recommend Maryam.
