Hello thank you for visiting my profile! My name is Maryam and i cannot wait to meet you and your pet! (Current availability Monday to Friday after 2.30pm, available all day on weekends) Growing up I was never allowed a dog so I made it up with cats, I now have 9 cats and a hamster. 4 of which are strays that I’ve rescued and kept. I’d love a little dog companion to spend the day with though.. I have cared for my neighbours and families pets who have relied on me to feed, walk and check in on their pets when they were away and they’ve always been so thankful knowing their pets were in safe, reliable hands. I love all animals, any shape and size. I want you to know your pet will be completely safe with me whilst you’re away. I also have plenty of cat and dog toys so your pet doesn’t get bored during their stay with me. I have a couple of parks not too far from my house where I can take your dog to run around and have loads of fun. For my cat clients I have a cat tree, plenty of cat toys for them to play with and the ultimate cat drug ‘’catnip’ obviously given with parental permission haha. Animals literally have the key to my heart, I want your pet to be so comfortable with me that they don’t feel your absence too much whilst you’re away. I also have experience with administering medication as I’ve had a epileptic cat in the past and Hera my cat who has daily injections.

Maryam did a brilliant job looking after my dog Coco. She sent regular updates with photos. On return home our house was spotless. Highly recommended and will be using again in the future
Couldn’t recommend Maryam enough, kept me updated with photos and videos of Ralph which put my mind at ease while I was away. House was clean and tidy when I arrived home and had also washed and changed the bedding. And by the looks of it Ralph adored her too. The perfect sitter ?
Maryam did a fantastic job looking after our 2 dogs whilst we went on holiday. She kept us updated and sent plenty of photos. I will rebook her next time and would definitely recommend her as a dog sitter.
My dogs warmed to Maryam immediately. She kept me up to date with how they were doing (fine obviously) while I was away and when I came home they were relaxed and happy.

I live in a house with a fenced back garden and a couple of gated parks nearby. I am home all the time so your pet will never be left alone. Your pets safety and happiness are paramount. I aim to create a fun and stress free environment for everyone. I hope you’ll notice from my reviews that I work hard to make sure each pet (and owner) has a great experience with me on Rover. I have done lots of house sits and I make sure I remain professional and respectful when inside your home. This is not just a job to me or a means to make money - I have a genuine love and passion towards animals and will always treat them with so much love and respect.

Let me know if your dog or cat has any special needs,. Is allergic to anything and behaviours I need to be aware of. Any medication they may be on, or any special dietary requirements. Also just let me know their normal daily routine at home - how they spend their day typically and I’ll try and mirror that as best I can! Any house sit bookings outside of my radius will be a £5 fee on top of the normal booking.
A typical day
A little about me, I grew up in Birmingham and have lived here since. As much I like the city life I’d absolutely love to live in the countyside and go on daily hikes. In my free time I love to workout and read. I’m available throughout the week -After 2.30pm and all day on the weekends.Please let me know the particulars of your booking and we’ll figure out the best timing together. I carry extra water at all times and a charged phone to easily contact my clients. I’ll keep them safe as though they’re my own. I will never allow your dog off their leash without your permission. I’m very flexible so I can do up to 4 - 5 walks a day. Water bowls are changed regularly to make sure your pet stays hydrated. Cat litter tray will be changed daily - I will allow the dogs to run around in the garden multiple times a day so they don’t feel couped up inside. Pets are allowed on my bed so if your baby would prefer to cuddle up next to me at night I have no issue with that. For my cat clients boarding with me I will never allow them outdoors, and will make sure windows and doors are kept shut so they aren’t able to escape - at the same time I will provide plenty of activities - toys etc so they don’t get bored.

Availability
I’ve recently started a new job and now will be available weekdays after 2.30pm and all day on weekends. In my spare time I actively rescue strays and occasionally help out with temp fostering. Usually during the week I go to the gym early morning or in the evenings and will dedicate the rest of my day to your pet. I absolutely adore animals, spending time with animals is my favourite thing to do . I am available for constant care for pets with separation anxiety and cannot be left alone at a extra charge of £10 per hour.
