Pet care experience
Hello, My name is Mary and I am a Veterinarian Technician. I have been in the medical field for almost 10 years & am currently taking a break from Vet Med. Since I do have medical training I feel comfortable giving medications to older pets and sick pets. I am a cat person at heart but I also have a love for dogs. I have never met an animal that didn't like me, even the aggressive ones. I have trained dogs and cats before so I can continue the training you are already doing. In Vet Med you have to learn how to read an animal’s emotions & always anticipate their next move. I use this technique when I’m walking dogs. I am also “fear free certified”. Before my animal care career I was a nanny so I have always been in the childcare field, fur children included. I am full of patience and will love your animal like as my own. Mary has taken care of my German shepherd husky mix while I was on a week long vacation with my family. While taking care of Marley, she took her for walks, brushed her, fed her twice daily and overall took wonderful care of my sweet baby girl! I have known Mary for over 20 years and she is an animal lover who is always willing to go the extra mile. She is dependable, great at communicating with others and is a reliable friend. I highly recommend Mary to help you with your dog and any other animal family members you have!
Thankfull for Mary’s services! I’m able to go to work with no worries of leaving my best friend at home. She has done an outstanding job letting my furry friend get some fresh air, chase a ball, and receive a couple belly rubs in while I’m away.

I prefer to do in home booking’s as I have two cats and a smallish dog at home and am very careful with them. However, if you have a small dog or cat I am open to the idea of them staying at my home.

It is helpful knowing any quirks your pets have and their preferences for feeding and such. Of course if they are reactive to anything or if they are fearful of anything so we can avoid it.
A typical day
I love playing with cats and dogs and really getting to see their personalities. I can never get enough love from the fur babies. I enjoy playing fetch and tug of war.
