Dogs, cats, exotics and farm pets!

Pet care experience

My parents opened a boarding kennel in 1989. I’ve been in animal care for my entire life. I’m still active in animal rescue. I’m experienced with scared and behavioral dogs and can read animal language pretty well. I’m patient and have no problem giving animals the space they need, if necessary. I’m also experienced in farm animals and exotics. I do own ball pythons.

Mary was great! Came to the house to meet the dogs in advance so they could be familiar with her prior to our departure. Gave updates and photos periodically to check-in. Overall great experience!

Mary gave us thoughtful summaries of the day and events throughout her stay with our dog and two cats. She was also able to give my cat her oral medication. She is thorough in her work, treated our home like her own (you couldn't even tell someone stayed at the house when we got back!), and we will definitely book with her for future services. Thank you, Mary!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Mary as a pet sitter, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional level of care she provided for Courtney. From the moment we began communicating, Mary exhibited outstanding communication skills, ensuring that all my concerns and requirements were addressed. What truly impressed me was Mary's quick response and decisive action when she discovered that my pet had fallen ill during her time caring for her. Without hesitation, she jumped into action, taking all the necessary steps to ensure her well-being. Mary’s prompt and attentive response gave me immense peace of mind, knowing that my pet was in capable hands. Furthermore, Mary's extensive knowledge and expertise in senior dog care were evident throughout her interactions with my pet. She exhibited a deep understanding of the specific needs and challenges that come with caring for older dogs. Her expertise provided me with a sense of comfort, knowing that my senior furry friend was receiving the best possible care. Overall, I can confidently say that Mary is an exceptional pet sitter. Her exceptional communication skills, immediate action in times of need, and expertise in senior dog care set her apart from others in her field. I highly recommend Mary to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, and compassionate pet sitter. I will be using her from here on out. Thank you soo much!

My pup wasn’t feeling well due to having his shots and Mary was able to be flexible and attend to him while I was away at work! Put my mind at ease knowing my baby was taken care of.
