Pet care experience

I’ve grown up around pets and animals since I could first remember. My family mainly owned dogs, but I’ve been around dogs as small as a chihuahua to as big as a great pyrenees. I’ve helped taken care of and raise many dogs, and I’ve also helped in taking care of my family’s farm animals. We’ve also had cats that I’ve raised, and currently have a family dog and cat that I have assisted in taking care of. I have been the one that family relies on when they need a pet sitter, and never say no to an opportunity to love on fur babies of any size and age. I also have experience working at an animal shelter with dog’s of many different backgrounds and needs.

Safety, trust & environment

I live on a private property on the lake with no fenced in yard. the pets here do not get crated as they are potty trained, and they are free to roam around outside. I don’t typically leave them unattended while outside, but they do not roam or run off as they are very well behaved. We have an older lab and a few cats, they are all very friendly and are up to date on vaccinations. If need be, I do have a crate and can leash up for extra safety.

Information mary v. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know any behavioral or medical issues your dog may have. I prefer to do meet and greets with my clients before scheduling any care for your pet to ensure both the safety of myself, my pets at home, and your precious fur baby.

A typical day

I love to stay active and give your pup a memorable time. I would take it for walks around the park/neighborhood, go for a car drive, play fetch, swim, and go on hiking adventures— your pet would most assuredly have a good time!
