Experienced Animal Care Individual
Pet care experience
I have always dedicated my occupation to the care of animals. Throughout the years, I have done everything from working at boarding facilities, grooming, training, to running a successful boarding business of my own. My husband was relocated for work and I missed taking care of others animals, so I decided to sign on with rover to get back to my previous love for animals.
Reviews
Mary was wonderful to work with! She was very kind and gentle with Gracie. She was also very responsive and sent us lots of pictures and updates.
Mary was awesome and Biggie had a great time! Lots of socializing with other dogs is what he needed too. Thank you for taking our last minute booking!
We left our pups with Mary for a week. She sent pictures often, responded quickly to texts and was very loving with our pups.
Mary is the BEST! Willow loved her stay (she told me so) and is tuckered out after playing with her new friends. We will definitely use Mary’s services again.

Safety, trust & environment
I have watched many pets over the years and have had lots of training in reading animals emotions through temperament testing at previous employers. I treat all animals as if they were my own and watch their behavior to know if they are comfortable or not in the environment. I do all I can to make them comfortable, so that they will have a fun and happy experience when coming to my home. I also respect the clients wishes with any special medications or feeding procedures. I have delt with many different kinds of dogs and have the experience to know what to do if any situation would arise.

Information Mary R. would like to know about your pet
I am experienced with all types of medications for all different breeds. I have watched animals that have diabetes where I have had to administer shots as well as making sure they get down their daily medications. Just let me know what is needed of me and I ask that you write out the medication precisely how you want me to administer it and I will be happy to do so.
A typical day
In my home, the typical routine is to wake up around 7 am, let all dogs outside for potty breaks, prepare AM feeding and then have another let out after feeding. I have a fenced in yard where dogs can roam freely throughout the day. I spend a lot of time outside during the day and normally do not come in the house until dinner/PM feedings.

Availability
I am a stay at home Mom to an infant and two year old boy, who is very respectful of all animals and knows what is acceptable when handling and petting animals. Being a stay at home mom means I am constantly home. I have no other commitments besides the occasional run to the grocery store. I am excited to bring some excitement into my schedule all while getting lots of animal snuggles and kisses.
