Pet care experience
I've always loved animals and got my start as a sitter around the age of 12 caring for neighbors pets. That experience fueled my love for caregiving and encouraged me to hone my skills as a pet sitter/walker. I have an adept awareness of the pets I work with. I learn their behaviors, their personality, and tailor my care to them. I have a deep love for my dog, Maple, and I treat every pet the way I would want someone to treat her.

I love getting outside, and I would make sure that transferred to my care plan! I intend on providing daily walks, runs, visits to dog parks, everything your pet may love! Furthermore, in my home pets are welcome in my bed, on the couch, wherever they feel most comfortable. Although if this policy differs in your home I can enforce that in mine to maintain consistency.

Please let me know of any characteristics that feel relevant! For example, my Maple girl LOVES to play ball which is something I would like to know ahead of time to help your pet feel comfortable around a new person!
A typical day
I wake up early even on weekends and I like to get out on a morning walk which I would have your pup join me on if they’re the type! Then we’d come home and I’d develop an activity depending on the dog (i.e. a nap, hiding the toy for them to find, etc). Then we would spend some time getting to know each other by playing with their favorite toys! Go for another walk (if they’re the type or even a trip to the park for more active dogs)! Basically our day would look however your pup needs it to!
