I had a cat for 15 1/2 years but have been working with walking and sitting dogs in the last 5 years. I have worked with special need dogs (blind and also handicapped) and older dogs also. I am very good however with small dogs. I treat them with tenderness, and loving care, making sure they get proper amount of food, play and rest. Having been a child who was quite small through out my elementary years, I understand being the smaller one in the litter (as the saying goes) and have a special bond with little dogs because of this.) I love the smaller dogs and the joy they bring to the world and to me. I love all breeds but love beagles, terriers and corgis the most. Hope to meet your dog soon. My walking method is to let the dog sniff out and walk the path but to guide and steer them from anything harmful or unsafe areas. I am experienced in walking on sidewalks, grass, and even dirt streets. I have also dealt with bigger dogs barking at smaller dogs and averting any troubles. It brings me great joy to be around Cats and Dogs and I bond with them rather quickly. I am here if you need someone to walk your dog for a day or stay and dog sit for a week or so. I will be receiving a certificate in First Aid/CPR training in the next week.
