Pet care experience
I have several years of personally taking care of my own pets, both dogs and cats. Last year I got a 10 week old puppy that I raised into a wonderful, well-trained companion. I have experience pet and house sitting for family friends but am ready to expand my search to anyone in the community!

Mary was wonderful! She was great at communicating with us and giving updates on our fur babies. She made an extra trip on her lunch break daily to let our older dog outside. We felt very at ease knowing she was there and that they were all well looked after. Mary went above and beyond keeping our home clean and was very tidy, you would have never known someone was here! We look forward to having Mary house / pet sit again for us in the future!
Mary was great with our pets! She communicated well, often asking questions before I could bring it up! I never had one worry about our house or our dog or cat the whole time we were gone. Will definitely book with Mary again!

I am punctual and very affectionate with any and all animals I take care of. I understand the need for on time feedings, multiple walks a day, and enrichment activities. If willing I’d love to take your pet to the dog park or in the woods for a hike, or just hang out on the couch if your pet is more of a lounger. I am willing and able to fill any need you have! I also ensure that I leave my client’s houses nicer than when I found it. No messes, no dirty dishes, just a clean house and a happy pet (or two)!

A typical day
We could go on long walks around town or in the forest, or if your pet is more of a lounger we can cuddle up on the couch! I love to walk on the exercise trail in Pisgah Forest but also love exploring new walking trails in the area.

Availability
I work full time, 9-5 in Brevard, but luckily my work schedule allows me to be flexible as needed! I get a full lunch hour that I can use to check on your pets. I love to take pups on hikes and to the park for exercise, or just their regular routine walk! As many times a day as needed, I can work it out.
