All-around animal lover
Pet care experience
I grew up in a family that was very adamant on loving animals, especially dogs. We spent free time loving on cats and dogs in shelters and giving them walks. All of my pets have always been rescues. I also used to work at Hounds' Hideaway in Conway under the amazing Lacey Vance, who could always provide a good reference if needed. There I learned more about all different dog types and behaviors, as well as how to respond to them. I've currently got a black lab and a calico cat at home that are sweethearts, as well as trained in socialization and a few simple tricks. I'd love the opportunity to give your pets tons of love and attention when you are gone during the day or weekends.

Mary worked for a large dog/cat daycare with multiple locations and underwent extensive training before starting that position. She learned specific things about dogs as a whole, as well as traits about each breed, how they interact with each other, how to keep everyone safe etc. On a more personal note, she has been supporting herself since before she even turned 18 and is very dependable, hard working, and doesn’t hesitate to take initiative.
Hi, my name is Jordan, and I used to work with Mary at my current job, Hounds Hideaway. As her supervisor there, I saw her passion for caring for animals every day. She always made sure everyone in her playgroup was well attended, happy, and healthy. She made life long bonds with many of the dogs we cared for! Mary is a one of a kind human with a huge heart for animals. Anyone would be lucky to leave their pup with her!
Mary Emma took care for my puppy while I was on vacation and I honestly couldn't have found anyone better! She sent me pictures and updates on how Hazel was doing and I could tell my pup was having the best time. Hazel may be a spunky little brat but Mary Emma handled her like a pro!! ??

A typical day
I try to avoid most dog parks because I’ve never had very good experiences with my own dog because other dogs being aggressive or not fixed and reactive in them. I live in SOMA so I walk all around the historic area where there aren’t any busy streets or loud cars.
