A comfy, calm long-term stay
Pet care experience
*Certified in Canine First Aid from Dogsafe, an accredited premiere provider of canine first aid training. I specialize in stays for four nights or longer; I have found that dogs need to grow accustomed and comfortable with us, which takes more than one or two nights, in order to experience a happy, restful stay. I work from home and will be with your dog 24/7. We have a ground-floor large deck (about 350 square feet of outdoor space) and a large apartment in a building next to a big greenspace and kitty corner to a neighbourhood park where dogs converge twice a day for socialization and play. Your sweet pooch will have access to many toys, constant affection, attention and regular walks, with one adult and one responsible, pet-loving, compassionate teen. We provide tons of cuddles all day, freedom to move (allowed on beds, in chairs, etc), and plenty of exercise around the neighbourhood, in dog parks and local walks. Note: I am covered by pet sitting insurance from APOLLO insurance services.

Beatrix had a great stay with Mary! She took the time to have a meet and greet with us prior to Beatrix’s stay and made sure to ask questions to ensure she was well prepared. Beatrix is a rescue and can be a little unsure of new people but she was cuddling up with Mary in no time. We received photo and video updates and felt secure knowing that B was in good hands. Thanks again Mary!
Our little one has stayed with Mary on several visits. Mary is experienced, loving and communicative. Our dog is always excited to see her and her family. We are all so glad to have Mary as our go-to sitter! Thank you for all the cuddles :)
