Pet care experience
Since I was a kid I have always loved animals, especially dogs. We never had a pet dog but I was always surrounded by dogs as many family members had them pets. It was always my dream to have a dog and just over a year ago I adopted my beautiful Nala from a Mexican rescue. She is everything to me and every day with her brings me such joy. I currently co-share her with my previous partner. Since having a dog I have become more educated about dog behavior and health and I regularly read about dogs to keep me informed. Aside from having Nala, I have been a dog walker in the past for a family dog back in England and have been a dogsitter for many other dogs both there and here in Canada as my friends all have dogs too. I have looked after many of my neighbours dogs as I live in a pet friendly building. I have experience with reactive and nervous dogs and I can endure all sorts of weather. I am attentive, and caring and love to interact and play with all dogs.

Cela a été un réel bonheur de pouvoir confier ma Naïa à Mary. Mary l'a gardée presque une semaine à son domicile. Nous nous sommes rencontrées avec Naïa et Mary et avons beaucoup échangé avant le premier jour de garde. Je me suis sentie complètement sereine pendant tout le temps où Mary a gardé ma chienne. Elle m'a donné très régulièrement des nouvelles et envoyé des photos et des vidéos. Je la recommande sans aucune hésitation!
Always on time, able to feed our boy when needed and takes him on great long walks! Highly recommend.

I live on the fourth floor of a high rise, very pet friendly building with a secure access. My apartment is dog friendly and clear of any objects that could be a potential hazard. Your dog will have space to relax, sleep on the dog bed, couch or my own bed. Has area to play and run. I have cameras for security and a pet first aid kit in my home. I also have an AC for when the temperatures are high and cooling mats too. I am non-smoker, non drinker. My sole focus will be on your dog.

A typical day
Whether your dog is low or high-energy, anxious or reactive, I will ensure to give them the best care, meet their needs and make them as comfortable as possible. I have lots of enrichment games and puzzles to stimulate their minds and have a variety of dog toys. I live next to parc La Fontaine, where your dog can enjoy walks in the park and lots of sniffing time also.

Availability
I am available for boarding and house sitting as per my calendar availability. Please note my dog will not be with me during those times (she will be with my ex partner), so rest assured my attention and care will solely be on your dog. For dog walks, I am available evenings/weekends when I have my dog Nala and available as per my calendar when I don’t have as I work in and out the office.
