Pet care experience
I am an individual who really enjoys working with and taking care of animals. I have a new 6-month old Siberian Husky myself, and I know how much love, attention, play and exercise our furry friends need to be happy. I have years of experience pet-sitting for friends and family with a variety of pets. My availability is flexible around my current work hours. I am comfortable house sitting and for drop-in visits/walks with all types of pets. For dog boarding in my own home, my husky would love friendly dogs to visit and play with. I enjoy working with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. I am always willing to take long walks and love spending time playing with and caring for all pets. I am very detail oriented, great with communication, and carefully follow instructions.

I care for all pets as if they were my own. I follow instructions very carefully, so whatever works best for your pet is what I will do. If they are boarding at my own home I will make sure they are as comfortable and close to their normal routine as possible.

I would like to know the temperament of a dog before sitting him or her. I would also need to know any medical conditions/medications that the dog(s) have in order to provide the best care. I would also like to know about the environment they are accustomed to. For example, when on a walk I would like to know if there’s any preferred locations to walk to, neighborhood dogs to be aware of, or places in the home that are out of bounds for the dog.
A typical day
For dogs boarding at my house, I live in a small, quiet neighborhood with plenty of walking areas and yard space. My husky is always home and incredibly energetic, friendly and he loves having friends to play with. When I do drop-in visits and walks I take whichever path recommended by owners. If owners are comfortable with their pets being in a fenced in yard I will play outside for as long as the dog wants to.

Availability
During the summer I work one full-time job. My hours are primarily at night, so I am available to walk and do drop in visits from 6am-4pm. I also can house sit any day(a) of the week.
