Ever since I was a kid I felt a strong connection being around dogs. I began "dog-sitting" for family and friends a few years ago. Since then, I have done everything from walking, to training, and even overnight boarding. I am a very active person, I walk my dog 3-6 miles every morning on the nearby rail trail. My neighborhood and town is very dog friendly, making it very convenient for pet owners like me. The town next to me even has a dog bakery with all natural dog treats and bones that I frequent. I feel that it is important to spend time with your pet especially going to new places besides playing out in the yard to create that special bond with them.
