I have volunteered for a pitbull rescue and an animal shelter for 3 years until I had a foster failure, who required a lot of attention. She is now 11-12 years old and is proud to have cat and chicken siblings. I fostered a senior mini pin and decided to look into sitting/boarding or even visits/walks. I do work full-time and crate train the animals when not home, aside from the cat who has free range of the house. I am comfortable with basic commands and some dog/dog aggression. I do avoid dog parks, only because I don't trust other dogs. I have an enclosed yard with spring poles and leads, even though my resident dog rather bask in the sun. I'm easy going and very flexible.
