Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs of all sizes-- from golden retrievers to chihuahuas-- and I love them all! I am comfortable walking and playing with just about any dog, yes, even the nervous ones! I am happy to go on walks or just stay in and play with the dog/s. When I am with your pup, s/he will be like my own dog! I will love and protect your fur babies and that is a guarantee. Dogs love to play with me because I will get on the ground with them and I will play for quite a while! I also am happy cuddling with your dog, helping potty train or behavior train, and basically any other thing that might be necessary. I have a flexible day job but occasionally need to be gone 8-9 hours and if I am sitting I am able to make arrangements! Additionally, over holidays I will be spending time with my family and therefore not staying with the dogs 24/7, unfortunately. I am quite flexible both with my time and my abilities and services, so please do not hesitate to reach out and ask me anything!

As far as I could tell, Mary met the minimum expectation. The dogs were fed, watered and supplements were given. Mary sent pictures and updates. The reason for the low review is Mary had an overnight guest the entire time she stayed at my house. She never asked and I never gave her permission to have this stranger in my home. I didn't realize this until one of the last nights she was there I got a 3am Ring camera notification so I checked and there they were. This prompted me to check the rest of the notifications and sure enough all week this person was at my house at all hours. I also noticed there was very little interaction with the dogs on camera. The house was left a mess: something spilled all over the kitchen counters that had dried and was crusty, main suite tub was filthy, bathroom sinks were dirty, kitchen floor was sticky and items from other rooms were moved all around the house.
Mary was not true to her word on the thing she was going to do for my baby. She left my baby in her kettle 85% time of a five-day stay. She also had some in my house which is Unacceptable. I think it was all about the money and not because she has the love for furry babies. I will not use her again.
Mary was a great sitter! Flexible with my chaotic scheduling, and great at communicating how my dogs were doing. I got a few pictures throughout the day, and picked up two very happy and very tired doggos ?

In any home, I make sure that pets have regular potty breaks and are not cooped up for too long at a time. If being boarded, I require my pets to meet yours if my pets will be staying with me (sometimes they are with their co-parent).

Any tips or tricks to get the dog to do something that might otherwise be difficult is always nice. For instance, my dog hates the car so I have to just pick her up and put her in! Something a stranger might not be bold enough to try lest they knew it was going to be fine. Any allergies, treat preferences, and specific no-no's or heck yes's!
A typical day
I absolutely love going hiking, so if someone needs a long walk I will happily do that as long as the weather is good for it. I also really enjoy walking around Holliday Park for a shorter walk. I am happy to go to a dog park as well, if that is advisable by the pawrent.

Availability
I have a flexible day job that allows me to be home sporadically throughout the day as needed and if boarding, my roommate is also a certified Rover sitter and capable of caring safely for any animal should I need to be gone for 8-9 hours! During holidays, I will be spending time with my family and will not be available 24/7. I will do whatever possible to ensure your pets get the appropriate attention and needs met!
