Pet care experience
I have owned dogs nearly all of my life and have extensive experience with both dog and cat sitting and walking. With years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages I bring a loving, friendly, and patient approach to every animal. I have a gentle touch with senior pets and am more than willing to accommodate to special needs accordingly. I have a great ability to connect with animals, creating a sense of trust and comfort. I treat every pet like family!

Mary was so sweet, kind and accommodating to our 16 yr old Yorkie, Mia. She gave us updates, pics and reached out to us with any questions she had. Mia can be high maintenance and Mary was amazing at catering to her needs. We were able to go to a family reunion and be at peace knowing that Mia was in her care. We highly recommend Mary!

Mary was amazing. She sent us daily photos of the dogs and made sure we were always up to date that they were happy and doing well. Additionally she went above and beyond - our house was neater and cleaner than when we left!! I would trust her with our pets anytime.

I currently do not have any pets at home but a huge fenced in yard that my two puppies previously loved to play in. I am dependable, responsible, and great at following any special instructions that you may have for your pets.

Let me know if your pets have any special needs that I can account for, I am more than willing to accommodate. I am a grad student in health care so I can administer meds if needed. I am very responsible and good at following directions, as well.
A typical day
I love staying active and taking dogs on long walks, if they are up for it. I am more than willing to play any games they like with their toys, like fetch and tug of war. I will always give lots and lots of pets, as well. If pet parents have any specific fun activities they like to do with their dogs or cats, I am very flexible and willing to do whatever. :)

Availability
I am currently a graduate student in optometry school who is home for the summer and looking for some extra money. I recently lost both of my elderly dogs, so I thought this might be a way to make my time at home a bit easier. My schedule is very open, and I have a lot of availability to care for your pet's needs!
