Pet care experience
After using Rover myself, I am excited to work for Rover part-time. I have over eight years experience caring for dogs, including dogs with special needs. I spent five years caring for my Boxer, Bronx Brutus who had degenerative myleopathy (canine ALS) and a wheelchair! So medications, mobility issues and cats and dogs with special needs do not spook me. I am a responsible young professional, based in South Philly, who will care for your cat or dog as if he or she is my own. I have an adorable, dog-friendly, up-to-date on all things Pit Mix named Manny. I know how stressful it can be to leave your cat or dog alone with someone other than your family checking in, but I bet after one service, working with me will feel like family.

I was so happy that Mary Anna was available to watch my cat, Zeke again for the weekend. She always writes the best report cards and gives detailed updates which is much appreciated as a helicopter cat mom :) it’s so great to have found someone I feel comfortable leaving my baby with! Highly recommend!
Mary Anna is the absolute best! Her rover report cards are so funny to read and she captures our cats personalities so well. She took such good care of them and our house we will absolutely continue to rebook!
Another incredible visit from Mary Anna, and on short notice at that! Her and my kitty, Marlo, are pretty much besties at this point! She is the best. So courteous, communicative, friendly, and genuinely cares about my cat. I wish Rover would let me tip me than 30% because Mary Anna deserves way more than that for her ability to put both me and my cat at ease. Thank you so so much!

A typical day
I love to play fetch, take doggies for walkies, wand play with kitties, and give out plenty of belly rubs and cuddles. There are plenty of places in my neighborhood where I love to walk my own dog so I know the fun routes. When visiting my kitty clients I make sure to allow them to come to me before approaching. I am perfectly content just sitting in your living room if your kitty is shy, just so they know someone is there.

Availability
I currently work from home on Fridays. Typically I can do early mornings any day, and evenings as well as weekends as long as I am in town. I keep my schedule up to date as best as I can.
