Pet care experience
I've been caring for animals all my life and my pets have been some of my greatest companions. Having grown up on a farm, I've done it all - from milking the cows & feeding the chickens to helping mama kitty birth her 3rd litter, to caring for my beloved old dog "Butch" through his old age, I'm an animal-lover through and through! I've always had a soft-spot for my furry friends and believe that all animals should be treated with respect and cared for in an engaging way! I'm a doggie Step-Mom to a "Gentle Giant" (Great Pyrenees), and two little chihuahuas (Ziggy & Marley). I'm also Grandma to a Bernese Mountain Dog and Anatolian Shepherd, and take care of them for my daughter often. I'm nurturing, caring, and love to spoil the animals with lots of human interaction and attention! I Pet sit for many families local to the Central Coast and have lots of references. My areas of expertise include: dog walking, dog sitting, administering medication, beach Play, giving treats, and scratching that hard to reach place behind the ears.

I live in a condo, and while I don't have a yard, I do have a nice grassy area out front for your dog to do his or her business. I live within walking distance of the best dog park in town, and my boyfriend and I walk dogs on the beach every morning! I don't have any pets in my home currently, so yours would get all of the attention! :)

I’d love to get to know a little about your dog’s personality, quirks, and special needs! I need to know if your dog gets along with people and/or other animals or children. I’d like to know if he or she is potty trained, leash trained, or crate trained, and anything else you think might be useful to know ahead of time! The best way to figure out if we’re a good fit is through a meet & greet! :)
A typical day
We can go for walks, lounge at home on my animal-friendly furniture, take a stroll at the dog beach, or go to the dog park!
