I do request an interview with the guardian and a discussion about your dog before booking any appointments for walking/sitting. I need to know your needs and that they can be met by me/my company, and that we will be a good fit, I also require full disclosure of any aggression, biting, or fear issues your dog may have. I work with all breeds, however I am a Pit Bull specialist and welcome time spent with this breed. No breed prejudice exists within my company, and I will be happy to work with your dog no matter the breed.

Walks are strictly based on the client's and dog's needs. It is important to me to make sure that your dog is cared for in a manner that you are comfortable with and that you will be secure in knowing what is happening at all times with your dog. I prefer walks on grass and away from busy traffic areas if possible. During the summer, keeping your dog's paws off any hot surface is a prime concern. During all walks, your dog will be learning proper leash manners - I always handle/walk a dog in a manner that is going to improve behavior. I will walk your dog on equipment that you deem appropriate however I will be happy to offer advice about the most efficacious equipment for your dog and his/her specific needs. Walks will encourage exploration, sniffing, trotting/running if your dog will enjoy that/is physically capable, and toy-play. I will also use video and photos that I can email or text upon request, even in real time, so that you always know what is going on with your dog and that he/she is safe and happy.
