Our dog Rosie had a great time staying at Mary's house. She was easy to communicate with, and was flexible when we realized we would be getting back later than we originally thought. Her dog was a great a playmate for Rosie. We also received lots of pictures and videos throughout the day!

In the 10 years that I have known Mary, he has always been great with dogs. When she lived in Eaton Rapids, she took very good care of her Black Lab, Amber, and her sister's Golden Retriever, Lacy. She taught them tricks and played with them outside every day. One year, she even took in a neighbor's German Shepard, Taz, because the dog was clearly being neglected by his owner. Mary took Taz in, fed him, and even took him to the vet when he could tell Taz wasn't feeling well. Unfortunately, Taz had heartworms and didn't live too much longer. He passed away in comfort with Mary, not his owner. Mary also dog sat my sister's Weimaraner, Willow and Aspen, at least one week per month for about a year. She even watched them when Aspen was in heat, so she had to change her diapers etc. Mary loves animals, especially dogs, and would be an excellent person to care for your pet while you are away.
