At the age of 7, I had my first Collie Dog to care for. My parents insisted that I love, exercise, groom, feed and water my dear 'Lucy'. From that tender age to your reading of this message, I have loved, exercised, groomed, feed and watered a dog and/or a cat. Now, I know cats are have a different attitude about care. And, yes, their aloofness is a challenge for loving the pet. That challenge has proven to sharpen my understanding of pet care. I am compelled to interact with your pet at whatever level it requires. I love dogs! I love cats! I love fish! I love birds! I'll even consider learning to love pigs.
