I know first hand how clutch it is to have a trusted animal lover in care of your babies and your home. Traveling used to be a frequent occurrence for me and my family, my only hesitation with exploring new places was the reality of leaving my dogs for a week or longer in the care of others. Rest assured your dog and/or cat will receive prompt, reliable, love, care and attention while you are away. I have a soft spot for senior dogs and 40 years experience caring for my own pets as well as those of my family, friends and neighbors. In recent years, I've cared for two older dogs who regularly needed special meals, oral medications, vitamins, herbs, frequent trips to the potty, blindness, hearing loss, and decreased mobility. One of my personal dogs was food aggressive and loved to escape, she gave me 15.5 years of practice navigating challenging doggie scenarios. I have adopted 4 herding dogs over the years and understand their quirky behaviors and need for regular exercise. I've been an educator for 25 years. I recently moved aboard a boat in between St Augustine Beach and historical downtown with my husband (former elephant trainer) and our Blue Heeler/German Shepard mix. I am currently working a very flexible part time job and can be available most hours 7 days a week to spend time with your pet(s). I am happy to feed, treat, administer medication, walk and play with your baby. I look forward to sending you updates and pictures of our time together.
