I have trained and shown dogs in the past (Siberian Huskies) I regularly look after, and walk neighbour's dogs. I have helped out in an animal shelter as a volunteer.

Martin very kindly looked after our 13 year old Lab/Springer, Merlin, for 2 weeks. Martins' calm and experienced manner quickly put us at ease and within a few minutes of arriving Merlin was asleep on the carpet! At 13 Merlin needed some medication for arthritis and careful management when exercising which Martin fully understood. We were thrilled to receive regular updates and photos via WhatsApp. I cannot thank Martin enough for his sympathetic management of Merlin and would certainly ask him in the future to help with Merlin and recommend him to anyone else looking for a caring home from home.
Martin lives fairly close to me so it was super to be able to leave my lovely, boisterous Choti with him for the day. He was taken for a lovely morning walk in a dog-friendly park, so met many new chums on the way. Choti was tired when he got home, which is always a good sign when he goes out for the day. Unfortunately Martin is away from home a fair bit, so not possible for me to set up a regular visit for Choti, but I will certainly use him again when the situation allows.
Martin, thank you so much for taking such great care of Ozzy this week. Your kind and lovely messages including photos of Ozzy enjoying his time with you, made leaving him behind all the more bearable. He’d love to come again if you’ll have him 🐾.

i WOULD LIKE TO MOSTLY TAKE A DOG TO A PARK OR WALK ALONG THE CANAL NEAR ME. A DOG COULD USE MY GARDEN IF I AM WORKING. I MAY GO FOR A WALK WITH A NEIGHBOUR AND THEIR DOG.
