Pet care experience
I grew up on a farm in Kansas and around all types of animals! I fell into pet/house sitting about 25 years ago and do this part-time and am looking to expand my base. I am fortunate to be able to work from home for my full-time job, so I can just pack up and move in to ensure your furry kids are spoiled rotten in the manner they have become accustomed. I enjoy being "Uncle Martin" to a number of furry kids! I have dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I am very comfortable with everything needed, including giving medications (including shots) if needed. My house sitting rates is a flat rate (not per animal rate - within reason). In addition to keep your furry kids spoiled in the manner they are accustomed, I also pick up the mail/paper, water plants, take out/pick up trash, turn on/off lighting, check pool levels/traps, etc. In other words, those basic duties again within reason that you would do and make your home look occupied and secure. If you are looking for an experienced, mature, reliable individual that will ensure both your pets and home are taken care of during your absence, you can count on me!

Martin did an amazing job watching over our two fur children. He coordinated his arrival so he could be there when we left and provided 5 star service the whole time we were away. We got daily updates with pictures and were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our dogs were getting lots of love and good care. He even cleaned our house before we got home and it looked nicer than when we left. We will absolutely be using Martin anytime we need to go out of town. Your dogs will be in great hands!
Martin is the most caring and efficient dog sitter one could ask for. It was apparent that he takes his job very seriously when he stayed with our animals. (He even takes the time to come meet them prior to his stay.) In addition, he took wonderful care of our home. I really appreciated the fact that Martin sent me updates on our dog's daily activities. Lucy and Ollie were obviously very content and comfortable when Martin was here and I would never chose to send them to a pet resort again. Martin is caring, kind and has a great sense of humor to go along with everything else. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of care for their animals!

I LOVE my fur babies and am very particular about their care. That is why I am forever grateful that I found Martin. He treats my sweet pups with the same love and kindness that they get from me. He is very dependable and his presence in my home ensures that I have a worry free trip and I come home to happy pups and a well cared for home. I would highly recommend Martin as a dog caregiver. He is WONDERFUL!!
