I have 40 plus years of experience dog/house sitting with excellent references. Your animals are used to their routine and it is much easier on them if they can remain in their own home with familiar things around them. I travel to your home and stay with your pets; I feed them, groom them, exercise them and love on them. In addition it keeps your home secure with a constant presence. I care for your home as I care for mine. When you return you will find healthy happy pets eager to greet you. I am not limited to dogs. I take care of other species upon request. I routinely care for cats and dogs and have on occasion cared for tortoises, horses, birds and even a pig. In addition, I have been requested to perform watering chores both indoor and outdoor and have gladly taken that on at an added expense.. I have an affinity with all animals. They respond to my quiet nature and my ability to nurture them and love them through their separation anxiety. I have a calm demeanor. I have cared for epileptic animals, animals who need daily medications and special foods and exercise needs. Why I love dog sitting I've been a dog lover all my life. We had our first dog when I was in grade school, a loveable mutt with questionable lineage name Mitzi. She was the bravest little dog I ever met. I've had animals in my life since that time. All loveable, teachable, and loving uncoditionally dogs of all shapes and sizes. I love meeting new dogs and getting to know their personalities and quirks.
