Great Sitter, this is the third time that I book with Marta. She’s amazing and I always feel that my baby boy he’s in safe hands. when he is with her I can see how happy he is every time she posts a video or a photo of him. I can’t ask more care than this for my baby boy. I’m really appreciated. and I’m really glad I have met Marta on the first time.

Disappointing. Marta encouraged whatsapp communication which is against Rover terms and conditions. Marta did not read my dog profile fully before accepting to care for my dog, my dog needed actual walks to the park and to avoid constant uncontrolled unleashed running because of his dislocated back leg patella. Instead, my dog was kept in the back patio of Marta's home, which has artificial gras, he was not taken for walks to the park and was allowed to run indiscriminately causing further injury to his leg. I received my dog in pain, he is still recovering. Further, i had the unfortunate experience of Marta's ineffective and neurotypical way of communication via whatsapp. Finally, Marta gave my dog treats without discussing with me in advance, my dog has a weight restricted diet. This is my first Rover experience and i am not happy.
